No. of single berths 2
Cabin(s) 3

The aft cabin under the aft deck is accessed from a door on the aft deck making this an ideal candidate for grown-up kids or Airbnb type rent accommodation. Presently set up as a lounge area with heads and shower room off to starboard. Electric WC, Italian shower, washing machine. An office desk (could be converted to a kitchenette to make this area totally self-contained) and aft a double bed of 1.9m x 1.4m. Good headroom of 1.95m. The aft cabin roof is covered in “teak decking” and makes for a convivial outdoor area again totally separate from the forward deck space in front of the wheelhouse. The wheelhouse itself is functional with everything easily to hand. Forward of the wheelhouse down four steps is the main accommodation, starting with the saloon cum dining area, bright and airy with deep windows, light wood and 1.95m headroom. Forward is the kitchen with sink and worktops to starboard and fridge (gas, 220v & 12v) cooker (gas with four burners, grill and oven). A gas instant water heater is also mounted on the wall to port. Forward through a door to the heads (manual to port) and bathroom to starboard with a bath including shower fittings and a washbasin. Next comes the owners cabin with a double bed of 1.9m x 1.3m, lots of cupboards and storage. Finally the old sail locker has been converted to a spare bedroom ideal for youngsters with a headroom of 1.1m and two bunks of 1.9m x 0.9m. There is presently no heating in the vessel but the chimney hole is still in place and it should be fairly easy to install a stove (wood pellets or similar). Finally the whole of the forward accommodation roof has been covered with “teak decking” to form another outdoor terrace area completely independent of the aft deck space.
