Broker's Comments

This is a great Hotel Boat business or it could just be used as a live aboard. There is no engine and shaft although one could be retro fitted if needed. The marina mooring is available with the boat subject to approval by the marina manager. She has always been a hotel boat and currently she makes around £10,000 a year but they are only charging around £100 a night for the whole boat which is pretty cheap. The owner has bookings but if someone decided that they wanted to move her to another spot, or use her as a live aboard, then the bookings could be cancelled. There is definitely scope to develop this as the boat is moored in a beautiful part of the country.

As you come down into the boat from the stern you arrive in the well appointed galley with plenty of storage, a fridge, microwave, 3 burner stove, oven and grill and washer dryer. There is a breakfast bar and then you have the good-sized saloon with a double sofa bed and matching chair and a 32inch wall mounted TV. Next you come through a privacy door into the large shower room with full-size shower, electric macerator toilet, wash basin and again, good storage. There is also another privacy door through to the main double bedroom. There is a large double wardrobe, good storage, wall mounted TV and access out to the front of the boat. The boat has the benefit of Sebastopol wet heating running 4 x radiators and she also has some extra bow heaters as needed.

The boat comes with everything included: bedding, crockery, cutlery, everything to continue running her as a hotel boat. The boat is presently owned by a business so the sale price includes VAT.
