Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Stevens 1180s for sale. Built in 2001, these boats are still in production and their modern lines still look up to date and stylish.

Stevens are built by Smelne in the Netherlands and have a deserved reputation for excellent build quality and their boats hold their value well as a result. You can feel that attention to detail and high spec as soon as you step on board.

This particular boat is prepared for a summer of cruising the Thames or Norfolk Broads and has some really good extras fitted including an electric folding radar arch, bowthruster and 240v generator.

With two really good sized cabins and two separate heads and shower compartments, this is a great boat for a family or someone who has regular guests on board.

She has been used as a liveaboard for the last four years but the owner has had regular maintenance carried out by Otter Marine and she could continue to be a liveaboard or go back to a weekend cruiser. The upholstery inside and out is all in good condition but the flybridge covers probably need refurbishing/replacing.

As you'll see from the videos, we have already taken this boat on a river trial and mechanically she performed absolutely fine. All nav equipment is working as it should and she is an easy boat to handle with that aforementioned bowthruster and a nice feel to the steering.

The boat was last out of the water in 2017 for antifouling and anodes.
